# Manage TestDino Billing and Subscription
> Upgrade, cancel, and manage your TestDino subscription, and understand monthly and annual billing.
Plan changes and cancellations happen on the **Overview** tab of the Billing & Usage page. Only owners and billing managers can manage the subscription. Payments are processed through Razorpay.
## Change your plan
1. Open **Billing & Usage** from the organization sidebar and stay on the **Overview** tab.
2. Click **Compare plans** to open the [Pricing](/pricing) page.
3. Select the target plan and complete checkout.
Upgrades take effect immediately.
**Warning**
Moving to a lower plan reduces your limits, including data retention. Historical data beyond the new retention window is removed once the change takes effect.
## Monthly and annual billing
| Billing cycle | How it works |
| :------------ | :------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Monthly** | Billed each month on the renewal date. Usage resets monthly. |
| **Annual** | Prepaid for the year at a lower rate. Usage still resets each month within the annual term. |
Your usage quota always resets monthly, on the same date each period, regardless of the billing cycle.
## Cancel your subscription
To cancel, open the **Overview** tab and click **Cancel Subscription**. A preview shows your plan, price, the date access ends, and the days remaining before you confirm.

| Charges | No future charges after cancellation |
| Plan | The organization moves to the Community plan automatically |
| Data retention | Reduced to Community plan limits |
