TestDino deletes data automatically once its retention period expires. Artifacts and test data are kept for the same period on every plan. Analytics retention, manual test record caps, and artifact storage are set by your plan and increase when you upgrade.
Any tier can customize retention, limits, and storage through add-ons, at an extra charge based on custom pricing. Contact support@testdino.com for details.

Automation Test Retention

Only analytics retention changes with your plan. Artifacts and test data are kept for the same period on every plan. Artifacts expire first on every plan, so a run still shows its results after its screenshots and traces are gone. Analytics outlive test data on Team only.

Manual Test Limits

Test Management is not available on the Free plan. See Pricing. On paid plans these caps are per project and do not reset each billing cycle. Every record counts toward the cap regardless of its status, so once a cap is reached, delete a record to free a slot. Releases are the only record with no count cap, but a release hierarchy nests at most 3 levels. See Releases.

Manual Test Storage

Manual test artifacts count against one org-wide quota: 10 GB on Pro, 50 GB on Team, custom on Enterprise, and not included on Free. The quota covers attachments and inline images across all 3 manual surfaces:
  • Test cases: attachments, step images, description images
  • Manual runs: attachments, notes images, test result attachments
  • Sessions: attachments, notes images, issue attachments and images
