TestDino Organization Settings

Update your organization name, logo, and profile, review read-only fields, and manage ownership, deletion, and single sign-on.

Configure the organization profile shown across dashboards and reports.

Editable Fields

• Organization name and Team size: edit and click Save Changes.
• Organization logo: PNG or JPG, up to 2 MB. Brands project dashboards and reports.

An organization name accepts letters, numbers, spaces, and the characters . , ' & ( ) _ -, up to 100 characters, and must contain at least one letter or number. Names that break the rule are rejected in the field before saving.

Read-Only Fields

• Organization ID and Created on: reference values for support tickets.

Ownership & Deletion

Both actions live under Organization Settings → Danger Zone, which only the Owner can open.

Transfer ownership

Ownership moves to an Administrator you nominate. Only the Owner can start a transfer, and only an active member holding the Administrator role can receive it. Members, Viewers, and Billing Managers are not eligible.

1. Choose the new owner

   Open the Select new owner dropdown and pick an Administrator.

2. Send the invitation

   Click Transfer ownership. TestDino emails that person a link to accept.

3. Wait for them to accept

   Ownership moves only when they open the link and accept it while signed in as the invited address.

While an invitation is outstanding, the card shows Ownership transfer pending with the recipient’s address. Click Cancel transfer to withdraw it. Sending a new invitation replaces the pending one and invalidates the earlier link.

You are not removed when the transfer completes. Your role becomes Administrator, so you keep full management access to the organization.

If the dropdown reads No eligible admins, the organization has no active Administrator to hand off to. Promote someone, or reactivate an existing Administrator, on the Users & Roles page first.

Delete the organization

Only the Owner can delete an organization. Deletion is scheduled, not immediate:

Stage	What happens
On confirm	The org and every project inside it are locked and return “not found” to all members, including you
Within 7 days	TestDino emails the Owner a restore link and a download link for a data export
After 7 days	Deletion is permanent

Pending invitations are cancelled the moment deletion is scheduled.

Deleting a project works differently: it is immediate and permanent, with no cooldown and no restore. See Project Settings.

Single Sign-On

Connect your company identity provider so your team signs in with OIDC. See Single Sign-On. Once SSO is enforced, SCIM Provisioning creates and deactivates users from your IdP roster automatically.

Warning

Only Owners and Administrators can update organization settings, manage members, or delete the organization.
